CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — Iowa head coach Fran McCaffery addressed the media in a postgame press conference following the Hawkeyes’ 65-54 loss to Illinois on Sunday at Assembly Hall. With the loss, Iowa fell to 15-14 overall and 7-9 in the Big Ten.
