8/10/2010: Iowa practice video

Fifteen minutes of Iowa’s practice Tuesday afternoon was open to the media, so I went down to the Kenyon Practice Facility and shot a little video. I focused primarily on a couple things: Quarterbacks and running backs.
With the quarterbacks, you’ll see A.J. Derby, John Wienke, James Vandenberg and Ricky Stanzi (who was wearing a red jersey with the No. 21) doing drills.
As for the running backs, you will notice that sophomore Brandon Wegher was not there and not working with the group of fellow RBs. I caution that at this time, I don’t have anything else to report other than that he was not at this practice Tuesday afternoon, so I will not speculate further on Wegher until we hear something from head coach Kirk Ferentz.
