Hundertmark leaves football team

Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz announced on Wednesday in a release sent from the sports information department that Cody Hundertmark has decided to leave the football team.
The junior offensive lineman, listed at 6-4, 285 pounds, was listed on the Hawkeyes’ 2-deep for this week as the second-string right guard behind junior Adam Gettis.
According to the release, Hundertmark will remain at the UI as he continues to pursue his degree, majoring in Management & Finance.
