IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa senior linebacker Jeff Tarpinian didn’t start, but made his first appearance on the gridiron in over a month and finished with three tackles for the 18th-ranked Hawkeyes in their 37-6 win over No. 5 Michigan State on Saturday inside Kinnick Stadium.
