IOWA CITY, Iowa — The Iowa athletics department conducted a media tour Thursday morning of Carver-Hawkeye Arena, as the finishing touches are being done on the renovations that have taken place over the past year.

Below are some photos taken during Thursday’s tour:

Fans walking through the main entrance will see a board that shows images of Iowa athletes in action.

The end of the tour coincided with the women's basketball team holding an open practice Thursday before it heads off on its European tour next week.
