Iowa-PSU video: Mike Meyer

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Iowa sophomore kicker Mike Meyer connected on a 23-yard field goal in the second quarter, accounting for the Hawkeyes’ only points on Saturday in a 13-3 loss to Penn State at Beaver Stadium.
