IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa sophomore free safety Tanner Miller had eight tackles and tied a school record with a 98-yard interception return for a touchdown in the first quarter of the Hawkeyes’ 41-31 victory over Northwestern on Saturday at Kinnick Stadium.
