IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa senior point guard Matt Gatens finished with a career-high 27 points on 9-of-15 shooting and also had six rebounds and four assists for the Hawkeyes in the 95-79 victory over North Carolina A&T on Monday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
