INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Iowa sophomore forward Melsahn Basabe finished with eight points and three rebounds on Friday in the Hawkeyes’ 92-75 loss to No. 8 Michigan State in the quarterfinals of the 2012 Big Ten Tournament at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
