EVANSTON, Ill. — Iowa senior quarterback James Vandenberg completed 24-of-38 pass attempts for 214 yards and also rushed for a pair of 1-yard touchdowns in the Hawkeyes’ 28-17 loss to Northwestern on Saturday at Ryan Field.
