EVANSTON, Ill. — Iowa senior offensive lineman Matt Tobin started at left tackle for an injured Brandon Scherff on Saturday in the Hawkeyes’ 28-17 loss to Northwestern at Ryan Field. Iowa compiled 336 yards of total offense in defeat.
