IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa freshman guard Mike Gesell finished with seven points, four assists and three rebounds in the Hawkeyes’ 86-55 win over Texas-Pan American on Friday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The game was Gesell’s Hawkeye debut and his first career start.
