IOWA CITY, Iowa — Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo addressed the media in a postgame press conference following the 22nd-ranked Spartans’ 62-59 victory over Iowa on Thursday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. With the win, Michigan State is now 2-1 in the Big Ten and 13-3 overall.
