IOWA CITY, Iowa — On this date 20 years ago, Chris Street, a junior forward on the Iowa basketball team, was killed.

During halftime of Saturday’s game between the Hawkeyes and Wisconsin Badgers, Street’s life was celebrated by Iowa in front of a sold-out Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Below is video of the ceremony, featuring recognition of every recipient of the Chris Street Award, as well as a video remembering Street:
