IOWA CITY, Iowa — Illinois head coach John Groce addressed the media in a postgame press conference following the Fighting Illini’s 63-55 loss to Iowa on Tuesday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. With the loss, Illinois dropped to 8-9 in Big Ten play and 21-10 overall.
