Iowa with three “Super Tuesday” appearances in 2013-14

ESPN released its “Super Tuesday” slate for the 2013-14 college basketball season and it features three of Iowa’s 18 Big Ten contests, two of which will be played at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
The Hawkeyes will play Michigan State on Jan. 28 and Ohio State on Feb. 4 in Iowa City. Both games are scheduled for 6 p.m. Central those evenings and Iowa plays both teams twice this upcoming season after playing both the Spartans and Buckeyes just once during each of the last two regular seasons. The Hawkeyes have also played Michigan State in each of the last three Big Ten tournaments.
As for the third contest, Iowa is scheduled to play at Indiana on Feb. 18, with tip-off that night scheduled for 8 p.m. Central. This game is the Hawkeyes’ only regular season contest against the Hoosiers during the 2013-14 season.
All three of these games will be televised nationally on ESPN. The remainder of Iowa’s 2013-14 schedule is expected to be announced sometime either later this month or early next month.
